This year's Atlantic
hurricane season has produced the smallest number of
hurricanes in over 15 years. Hurricanes off the coast of
Southern California have been more numerous and stronger
than ever before. Fearing the worst from Hurricane Nora, residents of inland
Tucson, AZ, began to fill sandbags.
